Room Keys

  • Allows access to main door and room door

  • Our keys use RFID technology. Just need to tap flat against the door lock

  • Please return all room keys to reception upon your departure

Check In/Out

  • Check in time is 2pm

  • Check out time is 10:30am

  • If the room is not ready upon your arrival, we can store your bags at the reception

24 Hours reception

  • Our reception is open 24 hours, but the main doors are locked after 11pm till 7am.

  • You will need to use your room keys to enter the main entrance.

  • If you require assistance after 11pm, there is a bell next to the main door.

Free WiFi

  • We are currently offering our in-house guests free WiFi. To access the WiFi, you will need to connect to the "devere" network. Some rooms may have stronger signals than others due to the strength and location of the access points on each level.

  • Our lobby usually has the most stable connection to the WiFi

Credit card imprint

  • Upon your arrival a $50 imprint will be pending on your credit card

  • This imprint will normally endure for 5 to 7 working days for local accounts while over seas card may take an extra 3 to 4 days

  • The amount is not refunded, but rather be cancelled since the transaction is never officially debited from your account

  • If after 11 working days, the amount still remains pending please let us know and we can send your bank an Credit Card Authorisation release form. Please ensure you check you most current bank statement.

Self service laundry

  • The hotel has two washers and two dryers located opposite the elevators on level 4, Crick Avenue side

  • Machines are coin operated with $4 for wash and another $4 for dry. It is best to use 2 x $2 coins.

  • You may purchase washing detergent from Woolworths supermarket, located 3 minutes walk on Macleay Street

  • Iron and board provided for this area for rooms without it (please keep tidy and in the laundry area)


  • We will service your room once every 7 days while you are in-house. 

  • The reception can provide you with extra amenities during staffing hours, such as towels, tea and coffee, shampoo, etc


Room Facility

  • All our rooms have kettle and tea bags/coffee sachets.

  • Most of our rooms have switches on front of the bed side table to turn on/off the air conditioner, bedroom lights and television.

  • To call reception during staff hours, please dial 9 on the room phone.


  • The closest parking station is Secure Parking located at 9A Elizabeth Bay Rd, Elizabeth Bay NSW 2011 .

  • Cost is $40 per night for single entry/exit. (subject to change without notice)

  • Validation at reception is required for the discounted rate.
